I dont draw my horses enough.. well this is my Neonar char Effie. As she bears the pale eyes she is marked as a magic user.. and as yet she has no idea how to control her abilities.

when shes excited her heart rate elevates, and this causes her neon patterns to heat up... we arent sure why but it restricts her ability to participate in anything. In extreme cases it can heat up so much that everything around her begins to burn....

this is our first expirience with her astonishing ability. as she was turned out for the first time she galloped through our forrest.. and she began to burn. soon the entire western ridge was in flames.. her mane and tail sizzled as the hair shortened. leaves and twigs crackled and hissed as she tossed her head and pawed the earth. she had never felt such power...
