OK OK OK
So im a terrible Pony owner and breed creator, there are so many things i should do but when i was offered a breeding for Christmas with ANY of *
Jullelin's horses, alive and deceased, i just had to break my no more ponies rule.
I was torn between horses but in the end i chose two of the very first horses Rosendal ever had. Two horses who only had one foal each.
And funnily enough I also found this image of them though they were never bred together.

So to prevent him becoming clogged in my performance horse string and not getting face time this fellow is coming to KhanCohban as an Adult, and at the end of his career under saddle and starting his career as a sire.
I personally am in love with him more than a little and look forward to this boy making his stamp on his babies, as if his bloodline is anything to go by they are going to be talented little beggars.
SO Warmblood owners, lock your Mares up as the French are coming

sealleTemperament: Arles is a definite Stallion, and he isn't slow to tell you how he feels. He is intelligent, so make sure he always has something to do as he can pick up problem behaviors fast. He is independent and has no problems doing what he wants instead of what you want. He loves attention though, and has poor personal boundary awareness. he will be in your face if he wants something or if you rustled treats. He does however hate mud and god forbid he has a poo pile in his stall, he refuses to go in the same place too, so hes a pain to pick up after. He also has a very strong flight instinct, The worst thing we have discovered is fast movements, give him time to investigate something scary in his own time and he is ok, but if something jumps him he just switches off. This makes him a very cautious jumper as he hates being chased by jump poles. His style of popping over jumps with room to spare has led to the nickname Frog being bestowed upon him, well that and he is french.
History: Arles was purchased as an unstarted colt from Rosendal and underwent his formative years in the lush pastures of champion french rider Pierre Comtois. He developed slow but when he first began to compete it became clear he was a natural jumper and he began to emerge into the industry. His selection for the Olympics on the French Equestrian Team cemented his place as a crowd favourite, as did his showmanship, and often energetic acrobatics he performed at numerous European Grand Prix's. He managed to claim Individual 3rd in the European Show Jumping Championships, and secured the 2nd Place for the French after the German 1-2. He also secured Supreme Stallion exhibit at the Swedish Warmblood Stallion Accreditation.
It was during an event that his accident happened. The cause was not decided, some guessed a photographers Flash, or a waving flag, or even reflection of something in the audience but Arles spooked during a jumping round and twisted landing on his shoulder and back. His Rider was unhurt but the stallion was taken away for treatment. a year later and reoccurring pain, and lameness prevented him returning to training.
He has since had a routine with Massage, Chiropractor and Acupuncture as well as Magnetic treatments to try and remove his pain but so far nothing has been permanent or successful enough and Comtios regretfully retired the stallion from his show string.
He was bred in Europe for a season before Comtois decided to sell Majority shares in him and send him international. KhanCohban jumped at the opportunity to add such a quality stallion to their roster, Informing the press he would be a foundation stallion for their line of Australian Warmbloods.
